Don’t forget to be working on both aspects of your famous forgeries. If you can’t work on your canvas make sure you are doing some research. By the end of this week you should have printed picture, sketched lines on canvas and completed the defining stage of your research.

Don’t forget to show your parents how you are excelling at ‘Excel’

Hi and welcome back for another busy term’s work.

Hope you are all rested and ready to work hard.  It is great to catch up with families during interviews to look at how we are all going. I have been impressed with the maturity and positive attitude from you children as we plan out how to make this semester even better. That is why you are at the interviews.

I am looking forward to this term’s units of work.  Our Famous Forgeries unit is up and running and we will be starting some others soon.

Don’t forget to start collecting these items:

shoe box

chux cloth

spare brushes

small sealable containers

plastic sleeve (to hold your printed copy of art)

paints (if you already have some)

Remember no telling parents that you just have to have all these items purchased and you’ll just die if you can’t get them!!!

No there was no spelling this week. We will do our pretest tomorrow.  I will post next weeks homework tasks later.
